 As described in #2060 and the thread at http://www.gossamer-
 threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/214338#214338 , the NTSC cable frequency
 tables (including standard, HRC, and IRC) have various discrepancies.  The
 attached patches can be used to correct the discrepancies as described in
 the comments.
