 Analog video source, zap2it.

 Fetch channels from lineup will not add any new channels.  Seems to be
 because 'channel_updates' is false.  The 'SourceUtil::IsAnalog' bypass
 will not work for a new videosource - it's not attached to a cardinput at
 all, yet.

 There seems to be no way to initialize the channel table other than
 running 'mythfilldatabase --do-channel-updates' manually.
