 (In [10455]) Refs #1966. Removes "group by callsign" on the program guide
 query, and uses the sort function to eliminates duplicates.

 This means only exact duplicates are removed when using the "channum"
 sorting method, and the bahaviour is basically unchanged with the
 "callsign" sorting method.
