 (In [10368]) Refs #1945. Fixes DiSEqC settings code problems.

  * This restores the behaviour of SetChild() so that new nodes can be
 inserted.
  * This Changes "\t" to "    " for indentation of the tree.
  * This adds a IsRealDeviceID() call to DiSEqCDevDevice, so that fake
    deviceid fields can be detected. At the moment this is a hack dependent
    on a 32 bit integer size, but I'll commit a better fix later.
