 The attached patch adds the "--dvd" command line option to mythtranscode
 and mpeg2fix which passes the right flag to the replex library so the DVD
 NAV packets are inserted in the resulting stream.

 With this option, if the input file satisfies reslution and bitrate
 requirements, the output file can be fed directly to dvdauthor without any
 further steps.

 This brings us one (very) small step closer towards the integrated DVD
 burning solution :-)
