 1. Changeset8511-revert.diff
 2. mpegstreamdata-cleanup-v2.diff
 3. find-correct-pat-in-400ms-v2.diff

 1. reverts [8511]
 2. splits common functionality out into new functions.
 3. redoes the early find-correct-pat-in-400ms to work with new number 2.
