Comment:

 There are some SMTPE compliance issues with the border spacing (the time
 is outside the action safe area, etc) and some font nits that i've been
 cleaning up but this generally looks good. However, this is very different
 than isthmus but could fill a void that I've been meaning to address.
 There isn't a MythCenter-OSD and think if we change the title font to
 green this is a good match for the MythCenter theme. I'd like to do this
 and leave the currnet isthmus as is unless you have objections.
