 It doesn't make sense to group A-E, F-J, K-O, P-T, and U-Z -- separate
 them A,B,C,D, etc.

 I am entering as a ticket / feature request / enhancement.  If other
 disagree, remove ticket.  Otherwise, I will separate them and submit a
 patch.
