 Two different problem symptoms were obeserved. For both of these, I set
 keybindings for "JumpPoints -> Live TV".
 First problem: Set ctrl-a, ctrl-c, ctrl-d, ctrl-shift-e for the 4
 bindings. Back up and save the new configuration. Go back in and check the
 bindings. The 4th one will be Ctrl+Shift+[] (square box), instead of the
 ctrl-shift-E that was set.
 Second problem: Set ctrl-a, ctrl-c, ctrl-shift-D, ctrl-shift-E for the 4
 bindings. Back up and save the new configuration. Go back in and check the
 bindings. The 4th one will be empty.
 Also note that when first setting a ctrl+shift keycombination, it appears
 as "Shift+Ctrl+(key)", but after saving it is shown as Ctrl+Shift+(key)",
 i.e. "Ctrl" and "Shift" switched places.
