 On 0.18.fixes, the frontend seems to hang when E is pressed. Adding some
 cerr debug in NVP.cpp allows it to start working, so I suspect this is a
 threading issue?

 On SVN (mostly 9015), I am only able to edit the LiveTV programme that is
 currently playing on the Linux BE/FE. All others silently do nothing. If I
 stop that recording, I can still play and edit it. If I start watching
 LiveTV on the Linux BE/FE again, there are now two recordings that I can
 play/edit. Very weird!
