Log:

Get rid of the "Preserve Aspect Ratio of Video when resizing"
(transcodepreserveaspect) setting and use the spinbox's special value text
to allow an 'Auto' value in either the height, width, or both.  If the height
is Auto (real value is 0 in the database), then the new value will be
calculated based on the width, and vice versa for the width == 0.  If both
are set to 'Auto', then the new height and width are calculated to fit inside
a 640x480 box.
