 When asked about last second changes for 0.19, tmstom said "Hold off until
 we've had a chance to assess things. Thanks!"

 We should not follow their lead in rushing to act irrationally in a
 panick. 0.19 should have been released days or weeks ago and there is no
 point to releasing today until DataDirect policy and mythfilldatabase
 behavior is resolved.
