Comment:

 (In [8905]) Fixes #1238.

 The ivtvdecoder was waiting for the next recording in a livetvchain,
 whether we were in LiveTV or not.

  * Added the early exit code for when decoding a non-livetv recording.
  * Added a 2 second timeout on waiting for the next recording in LiveTV
 mode.
