 In compiling -fixes for inclusion w/ KnoppMyth, I cannot build MythMusic
 with AAC.  I compile MythPlugins with:

 ./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-all --disable-festival  --enable-fftw
 --enable-sdl --enable-aac --enable-new-exif

 However, after configuration is done, I see:

 AAC           support will not be included in MythMusic

 As part of the output.  The latest KnoppMyth is build from Debian Sid
 (updated last about 4 weeks ago).  I do have the -dev files for faac and
 faad.  I even installed both from source and still get the same message
 about AAC not being built.
