Comment:

 Short of asking for debug statements placed in the code to figure out
 where exactly it's going wrong, I don't know what else to say about this
 one.

 If this is still a problem for you, please see me in IRC so we can work
 through this step by step.  I can't see '''anything''' in the code itself
 that would still let this happen.
