Log:

New configure option, and makefile rules, to build OS X bundles.
configure --enable-mac-bundle should do the trick.
Note that this is not meant to be used with make install,
and wastes about 20MB of disk space (multiple lib copies).

(also removed an un-needed link library, though it may still be needed on 10.3)
