 Ok... perhaps I should change the default back to 'and'. It would be
 really useful to have an option to set the default method, because for me
 'else' works better, and I've never had a case where it doesn't work.

 Martin... could you give me an example of where it hasn't worked? I'm
 intrigued to know. Also, are you using EIT or the RT grabber?
