 When configuring Mythphone there is no way to disable VXML from answering
 the call.  The code allows for the value of 0 to disable it, however this
 is not a valid entry via the front end, the minimum allowed entry is 1.  I
 created and tested a patch to allow 0 to be entered to disable the VXML
 answering and updated the info message informing the user how to disable.
