Log:

Might as well get this out of the way since everyone will have to rebuild the 
plugins for [10972] 

Fix a problem with the UIListType. Makes it behave more like the other UITypes 
when used on a MythThemedDialog.

- handles focus changes properly
- calculates its screen area

Changes the MYTH_BINARY_VERSION so a make clean of the plugins is required.
