Comment:

 I think you misunderstood the issue I was trying to highlight :

 If the option is called "Wait for SEQ start header", logically, enabling
 this option would cause the recorder to drop packets until a SEQ start
 header is seen.

 Then we look at the help text which says "This option turns off this
 feature", suggesting that enabling the option will cause it NOT to wait
 for a SEQ start header.
