 This adds a -G/--get-setting parameter to the frontend allowing you to
retrieve current settings information from the commandline. A comma
seperated list can be used to retrieve multiple values.

 Ex.

      mythfrontend -G Theme

   OR

      mythfrontend -G Theme,OSDTheme

 To find the current machines theme settings.
