Log:

Changed the Upcoming Recordings screen, when in the Important view, to
only show the first program for each recording rule that won't be
recorded due to the maximum number of episoded being reached.  The new
behavior lets the user know some programs won't be recorded but
doesn't completely clutter things up when this situation is expected.

Fixes #2122.
