 Swedish characters are not shown correctly in teletext.

 Swedish character 'ä' is shown as 'à'
 Swedish character 'å' is shown as 'è'
 Swedish character 'ö' is shown as 'ò'
 Swedish character 'Ä' is shown as '°'
 Swedish character 'Å' is shown as '»'
 Swedish character 'Ö' is shown as 'ç'

 The attatched patch solves the problem by replacing the Italian character
 table with the swedish characters. However this is probably not the real
 solution since I suspect it will result in incorrect Italian characters
 instead.
