Log:

Pass the ProgramInfo to the custom editor rather than just the title
and recordid when invoked with the CUSTOMEDIT button. When the
proginfo is available, some example clauses are filled with the
selected showing specific information such as the category, programid,
day of the week, callsign, etc.
