Log:

Fix #2120 - MythArchive doesn't respect parental settings of MythVideo.

MythArchive will now honour the parental level settings in MythVideo and
only show you videos for the current level. You can change the level using
the number keys 1 to 4. If required MythArchive will prompt you for your
password. Like in MythVideo there is a two minute window where you can 
change the level up wards without having to re-enter the password again.
