 minor bug: if "PlaybackExitPrompt" == 1, and you try and exit a dvd menu
 that is a still frame, mythtv hangs. mythtv attempts to pause and display
 the video exit menu. this executes nvp->Pause which executes
 PauseDecoder(), and this hangs.

 attempting to fix.
