 This patch adds a "Watch in Alternate Player" command to the INFO menu in
 all three MythVideo views, and an edit field to the "Player Settings" page
 where users can set the alternate player command.
 This makes it much easier to deal with videos that don't play in the
 Internal player.  Instead of going to the Video Manager and entering a
 Unique Player Command for each, you can play them in Xine/MPlayer with
 just three keystrokes.
