Comment:

 I am still trying to work out how this all fits together. The XvMC stuff
 in libs/libmythtv/avformatdecoder.cpp is very tidy, and we should be able
 to make the Accellent interface similar, but I am still trying to work out
 how the Mac HW is actually initialised.
