 I originally populated mythvideo with a directory full of videos.  I
 renamed one of the filenames of the videos and went into file manager to
 repopulate the database with the new filename (and remove the old one).
 The file manager could not find the original video because of the name
 change (as expected).  It came up saying:

 Filename... "appears to be missing."

 Then it gives the following options "No", "No to all", "Yes", "Yes to
 all".  However, there is not a question posed in which to answer (Yes and
 No doesn't answer anything).  A question needs to be provided that says
 something to the affect of "Would you like to remove this video from the
 database?"
