 Up here in the Great White North, a lot of channels don't provide complete
 data for a lot of programs especially, but not alway, when they are
 repeats. The default myth behaviour of recording these can easily fill up
 your disk, or you max episodes, since it's usually The Simpsons, which is
 on 24 hours a day. This patch uses a new column in the recorded table,
 ignoreincomplete int(11), to toggle whether or not to treat these programs
 as repeats. The patch does not contain the bit to update the schema to add
 the column.
