Log:

Fix DVBChannel invalid state.

Basically if you tune to a good channel, then tune to
a broken channel, then tune back to the first channel
DVBChannel still thinks you are on the first channel
and doesn't tune. But is it is not on the good channel
anymore. This commit fixes this.
