Log:

This improves the warnings if you try to use an analog video
mode with the digital portion of the pvHDTV V4L drivers v 2.0,
and provides a fallback to ATSC VSB-8 mode in the common case
of using NTSC by accident.

The old pcHDTV V4L drivers didn't care about the video mode
of the card since ATSC VSB-8 was the only option, the HD-3000
do care...
