 The scheduled recordings page doesn't display properly in the wap theme.
 This patch updates the wap theme as follows:

 * takes the switch($show->recstatus) from the Default theme and uses that
 to generate appropriate commands, tweaked for display on a wap
 phone.[[BR]]
 * Adds sort links at the top of the list
 * Adds an indication of the record status with [R] [T] etc. [[BR]]
 * made the display a bit 'denser' to get more on the screen at a time.
 Suggestions welcome on better layout

 I've only tested this on my P910i in both Opera and the built-in WAP
 browser.
