 Current SVN (7203): The "video list" mode in mythvideo doesn't do anything
 when hitting the increase/decrease parental level keys. I think my
 keybindings are not the defaults, however this doesn't seem to be a
 problem for either the "Browse Videos" and "Video Gallery" modes -- they
 pop up the parental PIN dialog as expected.
