 (In [7595]) Closes #355.

 MythMusic incremental search from jerome AT forissier.org

 Hit "M" in the playback screen and select search,
 it will do either standard or regular expression
 search.

 It will even let you search with numeric entry
 using the North American phone system character
 mappings. Yes, I realize this is pretty useless
 in the rest of the world.
