Log:

Minor scheduler tweaks.

Tweak the sorting a little to make the end result be more consistent.

Fixed a bug where TryAnotherShowing might not consider other programs
at the same time on another input.

Order the database results in AddNewRecords to prevent a small
possibility of chaning an in-progress end time twice.
