Comment:

 KeithAndJill, can you find out the exact revision that causes the problem?

 Go back a few weeks to revision that does not have the problem, then try a
 revision half way between then and a revision that does have the problem.

 Repeat bisecting the between a revision with and without the problem,
 until you find the one revision causing the problem. Make sure to do a
 distclean between each test, and use something like ccache so you don't
 spend all day compiling.
