Comment:

 (In [7403]) Rename the preview pixmap .png file if a recording is renamed
 from .mpg to
 .nuv after being transcoded.  This closes #426, but does not address the
 question of whether we should get rid of the format sub-extension in the
 preview filename.  That would be much more invasive than this patch but is
 possible.  Patches welcome.
