Log:

Initialize new installation databases to schema version 1112.
1112 drops some tables that have not been used since the original
scheduler. Remove the ./database/old files for incremental updates
between versions 0.5 and 0.10. Removed updates from before version
0.14 (1027). In the unlikely event that someone is running a stable
production version of 0.13 or earlier (ya'right) and now wants to
update to 0.19, they could briefly install an intermediate version
to do the updates. This would be the least of the problems for our
fictions user.
