 patch to improve ff/rew for internal dvd player. Fixes original problem,
 so you don't need to prevent bookmarking a dvd. fast forwarding looks
 blurry on my pentiumM laptop with ATI 7500 graphics card. Don't know why.
 comments , feedback appreciated.

 working on good bookmark support, position bar and menu support for this
 player. I like this player instead of xine.
