Comment:

 (In [8041]) Closes #688.

 Clearly indicates when in teletext page selection mode and expires
 mode after 5 seconds. Also expires arbitrary seek safe-input mode
 after 5 seconds, and does a seek forward if the user presses select
 rather than seek forward or seek backward to exit arbitrary seek
 safe-input mode.
