Comment:

 I'm lowering the priority because I've gotten a report from Brandon
 Beattie that this appears to no longer causing glitches with ATSC
 recordings.

 The longish reschedule queries (1750 ms) could still cause problems for
 other recorders such as ivtv and bttv based recorders.

 Two potential workarounds are:
  * Place the DB (usually in /var) on a different hard drive than the
 recordings
  * Run the mysql db niced
