After I updated to SVN revision 7894, keypresses are ignored while playing
 back a recording. In the menu's it works fine. I reverted to 7893 and the
 problem was there too. (I did a distclean first).

 After downgrading to 7876 all is fine. I do not seem to be able to find a
 commit after 7876 and before 7893 that could be related?!? So what am I
 overseeing?
