Comment:

 Updated version of jrandall's 0.18.1 patch ( http://www.gossamer-
 threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/147943#147943 ).  The 0.18.1 patch applied
 cleanly to SVN (with offsets), but I moved the us-cable-irc to come after
 us-cable-hrc (so the us-cable frequency tables are sorted alphabetically).

 I can't test this patch because a) I'm 1000 miles from my Myth box, and b)
 I don't have any RF modulated sources (let alone an IRC source).  However
 I can at least say it compiles and that the frequencies should be close
 enough to correct for the tuner's fine-tuning algorithm to find them
 (technically, all channels should be 0.0125MHz higher than given).
