Comment:

 (In [7798]) Close #579, by applying patch from Janne.

 Basically, this just keeps the best priority language seen
 around longer, and removes the reduntant best language string.

 I believe Janne's patch is based on Mikko Suonio's patch, but
 I've used Janne's because it gets rid of redundant stuff.
