Log:

New code to check that the "Live TV" buffer will fit on the drive.
The buffer code still needs to be "disk full" safe,
and installers/packagers really should populate the DB
with appropriate values, but this may help beginners
(and hopefully avoid slowdown in "disk full" situations)
