Log:

Bring MythCenter a little more up to speed. Change the
qtlook.txt to better match the color scheme, Expand the
menu area space to accommodate six items, reposition some
things to fit in the standard margins and to look balanced,
include fonts colors for "record" and "recording" items.
The ui.xml is from an earlier version and there may still be
fixes needed for recent changes.
