Added a new function has_header, and modified configure to test for the 
presence of vldXvMC.h if libXvMCW is found before enabling VLD. If you use
the X.org distribution directly you don't need this as the headers are
installed by default, but some distributions (i.e. Gentoo) can be
configured to not install the header.
