* Add a 'transcoding' flag inside NuppelVideoRecorder.  Currently set and used
  by the transcoder to force compression when transcoding to rtjpeg.

* Add a VB_PLAYBACK debug message in DecoderBase::SyncPositionMap to display
  the number of frames, recording length, and seektable size whenever the
  seektable is updated.
