Log Message:
Added "--max-days <number>" option to mythfilldatabase. This quick hack
has seemed like a good idea for years =). "--max-days 16" would likely
suffice to grab all possible partial data. "--max-days 10" may prevent
grabbing partial days that will not update correctly later which is
sometimes a problem for certain providers in Canada. "--max-days 1" also
sets refresh_today=true so it amounts to refreshing today only.
